Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Black Friesian. We take pride in offering high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth process for our customers.

Product Quality

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to sales@theblackfriesian.com with your order details and request a return authorization.
  2. If we offer free returns in your country, we will email you a prepaid return label along with return instructions.
  3. If we do not offer free returns in your country, we will provide you with the return address, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

(We support free returns for most countries, including the UK and EU.)

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges (Very Important)

We gladly accept exchanges if the size of the item does not fit. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or due to a defect, please send us an email at sales@theblackfriesian.com, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Please note that exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery and are only available if the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping and Handling:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping if we do not provide free returns to your location.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
