Free 14-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label.
How to return an item
- Email us at sales@theblackfriesian.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with a free prepaid return label and simple instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label and send the parcel within 14 days of contacting us.
Condition of returned items
Please return items unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. You're welcome to handle and try on an item as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
If an item came with a hygiene liner or seal (for example underwear, lingerie or swimwear), it can only be returned with the liner or seal still in place.
Items we can't take back
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Sealed hygiene items once the seal has been removed
- Gift cards
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or we've sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days (usually much sooner). Your refund includes any standard delivery charge you paid. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us and we'll send a free return label for the original item. You can then order the size or colour you'd like.
Orders delivered to the EU
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the same right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, on the terms above.
